When I was a little girl, I wanted to be an astronaut. I was always outside seeing the stars, sometimes with a little telescope that my family gave me. Until today I love astronomy, in fact, I almost study astronomy. The problem is that in Chile, this career is a bachelor's degree with a duration of 4 years, and necessarily a doctorate degree is required. Also, the labor field is bad despite of the excellent sky in Chile for the observation. Besides, the career requires so much physics and it is really difficult (although very interesting).
On the other hand, I like chemistry too, so I discovered chemistry and pharmacy and I like it very much. Also this career has so many areas very entertaining to work. Maybe I would like to work in a public hospital or in a laboratory making drugs.
Until now, my experience at university is good because I love my friends and I like my teachers, but I recognize that it is a little boring not to go to the physic space. Also I was going to live in Santiago, and I can't wait to do this. I want to feel like a real university girl. I hope that this situation of pandemic ends very soon. See you in a couple of months! (hopefully).
